Descriptions:
We are manufacturers and suppliers of all types of Tungsten Carbide Forming Dies Casting Mould.
We produce tungsten carbide die inserts blanks for use in hot and cold forging nib tooling and casting mould applications. Inserts are made to order and can be supplied in different tungsten carbide material grades with up to a 25% cobalt binder to meet our customer’s specific requirements to produce bolts, screws and special fixings, in a variety of materials. We produce the die inserts and blanks in the as-sintered condition with the specific overall dimensions and special features our customers request ready for them to produce finished ground tools.
* Usually used in high cobalt and the coarse-grained alloy grades.
* Carbide wear resistance, toughness relationship between the two are contradictory: to improve the wear resistance will lead to a decrease in toughness, and improve toughness and wear resistance inevitably lead reduction. Therefore, the choice of alloy grades, the need to work in accordance with the object and process conditions to meet specific requirements.
* If the selected grades in use, prone to crack and damage easily, a higher toughness grade should be instead; if the selected grade in use easily wear and damaged, a high hardness grade should be replaced, wear resistance and better grades.
