YG20 Tungsten Carbide Forming Dies Tools for Alloy Steel Screws Bolts Forming
Descriptions:
Tungsten Carbide Alloy Steel Screws Bolts Forming Dies are designed to sustain high and repeated stress. Tungsten carbide makes the use of forming technology possible for mass production of high-volume parts like screws and bolts.
Our company Seego Carbide make it possible for our forming dies to last longer time and provide superior part accuracy.
Forming dies usually can be divided into punching nib and bushing nib, used in cold forging, warm forging, and hot forging technology situation.
Under strong impact wear working conditions, our tungsten carbide forming dies has good impact toughness, fracture toughness, fatigue strength, flexural strength, and good wear resistance.
We are manufacturers and suppliers of all types of Carbide Forming Dies Tools.
We produce tungsten carbide die blanks for hot and cold forging nib tooling and forming tool applications. Carbide dies are made to order and can be supplied in different tungsten carbide material grades with up to a 25% cobalt binder to meet your specific requirements to produce bolts, screws in a variety of materials. We supply as-sintered condition with the specific overall dimensions and special features our customers request ready for them to produce finished ground tools.
