Carbide punching heading die are mainly used for powdering, rust removal, cleaning atomizing in the field of chemistry, food, machinery and architecture, etc. thus it requires carbide dies has good impact toughness, fracture toughness, Fatigue strength, flexural strength, and good wear resistance.

Advantages:
1. Tungsten carbide grain size of medium and coarse size, binder cobalt content from 15% to 25%.
2. The advanced technology and machine will be used on HIP with low pressure sintering.
3. Better density and strength.
4. Special powder pressing technology with HIP sintering, reducing the porosity, improve the density and characteristic.
5. We advice for suitable grade according to customer’s exact applications.
