Extra Long Shank Tungsten Carbide Rotary Burrs for Burr Polishing Grinding
Manufacturing Features:
1. All our offered carbide burrs are CNC grinded, tolerance controlled at 0.00~0.005mm
2. Made from Tungsten Carbide K20 Micro grain size WC, hardness>90HRC.
3. Carbide burr head size from 6mm to 25mm.
4. With steel shank size of 3mm, 6mm and 6.35mm welded to the burr.
5. Different cut are available (Standard Single, Fine Single, Coarse cutter, Chip Breaker, Double-Cut(Cross) Coarse Double-cut, Fine Double-Cut, Diamond Cut, Non-Ferrous-Aluminium Cut).
6. We would recommend for suitable select cut according to the processed material.
7. Extra long shank carbide burrs are available, customized drawings and samples welcomed!
