Product Description& application:
Tungsten Carbide Roll Rings as the characters of high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance and good compressive properties which is an important parts in high speed during rolling the steel bar and wire rod rolling.
The rolls are primarily applied in high speed wire line, Knocks three roll mill, seamless pipe stretch reducing mill, three dimensional rolls for cold-rolled ribbed steel bar, and composite roll for hot-rolled bar screw thread steel etc.
Production Process:
To ensure high quality, we assured our customers that:
1. All materials are tested in terms of density, hardness and T.R.S before use.
2. Every piece of product goes through in-process and final inspection.
3. Every batch of product can be traced.
