YG20 Tungsten Carbide Wire Mesh Rolls for Colding Rolling Mills in Steel Plant
Product Description& application:
Carbide rolls are widely used in steel plant for metal forming, especially in hot rolling industry mainly for intermediate and last finishing stands to ensuring superior surface finish and dimensional stability of processed metal products.
Rolls are also commonly used for wire flattening, de-scaling and straightening applications.
Production Process:
To ensure high quality, we assured our customers that:
1. All materials are tested in terms of density, hardness and T.R.S before use.
2. Every piece of product goes through in-process and final inspection.
3. Every batch of product can be traced.

Samples:
Normally we do not offer free samples, but we could properly adjust according to detailed requirement.
Sample lead time: 15 days around with existing mould.
Mould time: 20-65 days depends on detailed drawing and requirement.
Production lead time: 15-90 days depends on mould and material
Shipment:
For small order, Express will be the best. It takes only 3-5 days after we sent via TNT, Fedex or DHL. The freight can be to collect via your express company account or prepaid by us.
For bulk order, sea ship way is best but take longer time.
For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport or by Express send to your door.
