Our offered Tungsten Carbide Valve Seat are usually formed by the process of press fitting.
A cylindrical piece of metal alloy is press-fitted which is followed by machining the surface of the conical section into that seat of the valve.
That mates with conical section of the valve which corresponds to it.
These seats are one of the crucial components that are installed in an engine.
It is important to fit, position and orient the valve seat properly so that leakage can be prevented.
This leakage may have an adverse affect on the compression ratio, affecting performance and efficiency of the engine along with it life and exhaust emission.
